This is a 1998 Formula F Van Diemen manufactured in England.
It is equipped with a race Honda fit built by well-known engine builder Quicksilver engines.
The car comes equipped with an Aim Mycron data system that has RPM with shift lights, water temp, oil pressure, oil temp, brake pressure front/rear that can all be downloaded each run.
In 1998, Van Diemen was a major Formula Ford chassis manufacturer.
They also produced Formula Renault cars, with 1998 being their last year in Formula Renault racing.
Van Diemen was also contracted to build all the cars for the Formula Palmer Audi championship, which ran from 1998 until 2010.

The car had great success driven by Ethan Shippert (well-known driver in California)
The bodywork and rear floor were designed by an Ex IndyCar-engineer.
Scott Huffaker (now driving world endurance cars) was the next owner of the car and was who the current owner purchased the car from.
