The March 84G was built in 1984 by March Engineering in UK, to be raced in the Group C and GTP classes. It was designed by Adrian Newey to take a wide variety of engines making the 84G an attractive prospect for many customers.

This is the 7th March 84G chassis ever built, now the only one left in the world that still runs and drives. It was sold new to Mazdaspeed who had started the development of a rotary-powered race car to compete at Le Mans.

It is fitted with a 2-rotor 13b rotary engine with twin turbochargers.

This car raced in the 1984 Fuji 1000 with Yorino & Katayama at the wheel.

The car has been with the current owner since 2014 where it underwent an extensive and detailed 4-year restoration after which its inaugural race was in New Zealand and then it participated at the 2019 Goodwood Festival of Speed.

This 1984 March 84G-07 is the rotary engined car that represents the true origins of Mazda at Le Mans. It has been meticulously restored to its former glory.
